Bug Description
Binary package hint: kubuntu-docs
Since the doc team did such a huge re-write of the documentation for the spec TopicBasedHelp, there is no longer a Desktop Guide, etc and this will need to be looked at.
This is a high priority issue and affects Konqueror as well
