Bug Description

Machine in question:

iMac G4 roundbase, 800MHz

Holding option key on startup allows booting from CD as it should, but boot screen on the CD appears as red text on white background. Holding C key on startup avoids this and gives the proper white on black. In either case, the ubuntu splash screen colors are really weird. Doesn't seem to affect system operation..

Thanks for your bug report. I closed it because it affects a beta release of Ubuntu and seems not to be a problem in the final release. However, please reopen it if you still experience it with the stable release cd and don't hesitate to submit bug reports in the future.
