The debug backtrace indicates a problem somewhere in GTK.

gnome simple-dup-finder says that this is probably a dupe of http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=402003#stacktrace which was upstreamed from bug 82077 the descriptions match too, so closing as duplicate.
