cannot build external modules using xen-headers-2.6.19-4-generic

Bug Description

It is not possible to build external modules with xen-headers-2.6.19-4-generic (other flavours are also affected) due to a mis-linking : subdirs point to ../xen-headers-2.6.19 instead of ../xen-headers-2.6.19-4

After correcting this, the build is successful but with a big warning :
WARNING: Symbol version dump /usr/src/xen-headers-2.6.19-4-generic/Module.symvers is missing; modules will have no dependencies and modversions.

I'll attach a patch to fix those two points.

There is still a typo in 2.6.19-2ubuntu5
The file to include for proper versionned builds is Module.symvers, not Modules.symvers
