Bug Description
Binary package hint: tripwire
Tripwire wants exim or some MTA installed.
Can we make this a RECOMMENDS? I don't want Tripwire e-mailing me crap and I don't want an MTA installed that I don't need. If it can live without it (Ask yourself: Will tripwire cease to operate as soon as it realizes there's no MTA? If not, can I manually ask Tripwire what's up instead of having it e-mail me?), it shouldn't DEPEND on it.

I agree entirely; it seems funny for a security-related package, of all things, to be installing an unwanted MTA.
