Abandoned branches should NOT appear on specs and bugs

Bug Description
sabdfl says: abandoned branches should not show on specs or bugs, good catch - please file a bug!
When a branch, linked to a bug or spec, is set to status=Abandoned, it should no longer be mentioned on the page of linked bugs or specs, and should no longer cause the display of branch badge on listings. Generally, abandoned branches should be considered as good as deleted for linking purposes.
Currently, a branch link is always displayed regardless of the status of the branch.
Branches with status=Merged must still appear on bugs and specs, although they do not appear on branch listings by default. Only abandoned branches should cause links to be hidden.
