Zabbix install won't allow windows agent to connect

Bug Description

I installed Zabbix-frontendphp, zabbix-agent and zabbix-server-mysql from the Fiesty repos.
After initial connection errors due to /etc/zabbix/db.config.conf the frontend worked fine. This was in a fresh install on Fiesty in a VM

The Windows agent agent however fails to connect. Looking at http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/zabbix.htm it seems that the debian install of zabbix gives ment more install options such as port number. Is it possible that these are missing from the Ubuntu version and that the correct ports aren't being opened up?
