Due to network load on archive.canonical.com distribution upgrades may fail trying to install the new version of Adobe Flash.

There is a very similar error message with this bug and https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/flashplugin-nonfree/+bug/870643
and both bugs have the same steps to reproduce it . However, I cannot confirm if they are the same because I haven't experienced the bug itself.

That distro have reached EOL since a while; and such problem has been resolved long time ago.
