not possible to update from 11.04 to 11.10

Bug Description

error upgrading from 11.04 to 11.10.
i don't know why even if i have a few softwares installed thru ppa, i don't see what should be blocking has external ppa are disabled for the update.

hello !

I found the "guilty" package...

ia32libs was causing troubles (installed beside of wine). i removed it and then, i had been able to do a partial upgrade with apt-get dist-upgrade

i think you can close the problem. probably a local problem with wine/ia32libs

that is interesting. There might be something wrong with upgrade path calculation in your case. Could you attach the files requested above or do you'd rather close this report ?
