Bug Description

I only switched to Xubuntu yesterday, so I''m not sure if it affects earlier versions.

Despite re-installing the patch psmouse-alps-dkms_0.9_all.deb
yesterday, Xubuntu still detects the Alps Glidepoint as a PS/2 mouse as well as a touchpad, and Xubuntu does not include settings to disable tap-to-click [or brush-against-to-malfunction] or to disable to touchpad while typing.

Okay, I got the patch itself working. But Xubuntu has no support for touchpad preferences.
