I wouldn't worry about this too much. The installer was complaining about /etc/apache2/conf.d/mythbuntu.ampache.conf already existing. I removed it, and re-ran, and all was well.

Yes this is actually an upgrade failure which needs to be addressed :)

Update, as soon as ampache-3.6-alpha1-dfsg-2 migrates to debian testing I will sync it over to ubuntu
