Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I have a single hard drive - I removed by 2nd partition and made it all justone hard drive "C" in windows. Also defragged so I cleared some free space. On install of Linux I chose used largest free space area. This is the area. Thanks for any advice you can e-mail me.

We're sorry; the installer crashed. Please file a bug report at https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+filebug and a developer will attend to the problem as soon as possible. To help the developers understand what went wrong, include the following detail in your bug report, and attach the files /var/log/installer/syslog, /var/log/syslog, and /var/log/partman:

Thanks for your report. I'm afraid that one of your partitions seems to be too small to complete an Ubuntu desktop installation successfully (/dev/hdc2 is only 0.66Gb). Bug 48355 notes that the partitioner should have warned you about this. This is fixed in 6.06.1.
