excessive CD notification in concurrent sessions

Bug Description

I use Kubuntu Edgy. When I run two concurrent KDE sessions and in one of them I insert and remove a CD several times I get notification popups in both sessions. I think this is a bug, receiving notifications in both sessions. When after some time I switch to the other session I have my desktop littered with popups. And all of them beside (presumably) the last one are no longer up to date.

I have seen this too on Feisty Fawn Herd 5.

New device notifications are handled differently in Kubuntu Intrepid Ibex/KDE4, so this isn't a problem anymore.
