GoSub Dialplan Application not registered

Bug Description

When using a dialplan from an old installation it failed because GoSub was not found.

"core show applications" does NOT list the GoSub and GoSubIf applications, Just Goto, GotoIf and GotoIfTime

Please can you provide the output of:
$ sudo asterisk -rx "core show applications" | grep Gosub
$ sudo asterisk -rx "module unload app_stack.so"
$ sudo asterisk -rx "module load app_stack.so"
$ sudo asterisk -rx "core show applications" | grep Gosub
