tooltips appear even when other apps are active

Binary package hint: epiphany

Please, take a look at this screencast:

You see how an Epiphany tooltip appears when epiphany is not active and the cursor is not over it, and it blocks access to the active window, staying right there until you place the cursor over Epiphany again.

This is really problematic. Please, could you make epiphany tooltips disappear -or at least not appear- when the cursor is not placed directly over the window?
