Pass mouse scroll events to systray icons

Bug Description

I am using official Last.fm client and have it whitelisted in Unity systray. But when I scroll mouse over icon there is no volume change in the client (I sometimes need to lower volume of last.fm without changing global volume).

Would be nice to get mouse scroll events on systray icons.
