I cant install my webcam Labtec

Hi I am Spanish i dont speak english very well but i efforce too much.
I cant install my webcam usb Labtec in my Feisty Herd4 with ...

and its my xserver-xorg ...

But when i type this ....

miguel@miguel-desktop:~$ v4l-info
open /dev/video0: No such file or directory

The camera still connected at usb and i dont know what happen.
With my Ubuntu 6.10 no problem Always work, but now....
