Also, I'm not seeing where the detailed flag is being hooked up to shell.py?

I've merged it so far, but disabled some of the detail=True defaults (interfering with some commands).

It really adds a lot of log data to the Nova logs.

We can do another pull request to the above questions (I didn't think github would mark it closed)
