Fixed upstream now

I mentioned this on the upstream bug report, but the fix upstream isn't quite right. If I make the same change (http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/gnome-panel/trunk/gnome-panel/panel-run-dialog.glade?r1=10243&r2=10282), then it looks a little better, but the text label containing "Run..." is still a little too high.

Just changing this back because it was never completely fixed upstream.
