Beryl crashes at "beryl-manager" command

Bug Description

i downloaded Beryl and installed it.. made changes to my xorg.conf and restarted edgy.

typed beryl-manager in console, beryl wont start. Beryl is loaded but when i try to use "beryl settings manager" this error comes up

i think problem is in my xorg-conf ....
i have 2 monitors, "dualhead" ....
posting it here... can it be "fglrx" ???

it says its upgradable , but upgrading gives error too !!

Beryl isn't in Ubuntu (yet). As you are using the packages from beryl-projetct.org please report any problems to their bugtracker at http://bugs.beryl-project.org.
