Bug Description
Binary package hint: pypanel
After installing the package i wondered why i was not able to start the panel. It seemed that the binary which starts the application was not found in the path. After doing a "dpkg -L pypanel" my assumption has come true. The package lacks the binary in "/usr/bin".
firyar@rohan:~$ dpkg -L pypanel

I attached a patch which should fix this issue.
Since the fix is already in feisty and it is a regression (worked in dapper), is it suitable for a SRU ?
