Bug Description

Binary package hint: konqueror

Everytime konqueror displays a Security warning with the message "This untrusted page links to <url> Do you want to follow the link?", konqueror does not redraw correctly. While this message is visible, the part of konqueror which displays the website doesn't get redrawn, so everywhere you move your mouse you can see a complete trail of every position your mouse has been.
If somebody needs some more information, please ask. I can upload a screenshot if necessary.

See the attached screenshot.
I also discovered that this problem sometimes (I guess about 25% of the times) occurs when dragging an image or hyperlink in konqueror. It looks like it has something to do with the small icon that follows the mouse.

Thanks. I saw your problem but I'm still unable to reproduce it. Could you give information about the site that causes this problem?

The page shown on the screenshot is only accessible from our university network, and because I had some trouble finding another website that triggers this warning message, I created a simple html page and put it on my server. This page triggers this bug on my computer when I click the link. This page can be accessed at http://cripplefight.student.utwente.nl/bug89648.html .
As mentioned above, this bug can also be triggered by dragging some link in a page. So this bug (I think this is the same bug, but I could be wrong) can also be reproduced by, for example, dragging the link to konqueror.png on this page, as shown in the attached screenshot.

I also did some more testing and it seems that this bug does not occur when the mouse isn't moved very fast. So don't be to calm when trying to reproduce this bug.

Perfectly reproducible. Thanks again. I agree with you, only fast movement of mouse can cause this problem.
