Bug Description

liborc-0.4-0:i386 won't install with it's 64bit cousin.

Which by way of gstreamer0.10-plugins-base:i386, won't let ia32-libs-multiarch install which means ia32-libs won't install
(Probably other dependencies as well).

1:0.4.16-1 on PP alpha 1.

On current raring I seem to have both 64 and 32 bit installed; so must have been fixed.
