package xpilot-ng-server 1:4.7.3-1.2 failed to install/upgrade: ErrorMessage: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

This has failed in the last three upgrades - 10,4>10.x, 10,x>11,y, 11.y>11.10
I am not too concern (yet) about the package but the upgrade returns with an abort/unstable message and then says upgrade complete with problems.
