Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

The Debian bug report says that this was fixed in Debian in krb5 1.10.1+dfsg-3. The current Ubuntu development version (Raring) is also on 1.10.1+dfsg-3, so Ubuntu has evidently picked up this fix also (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/krb5/1.10.1+dfsg-3).

So I'm marking this Fix Released in Ubuntu. If you need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please do steps 1 and 2 of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's attention.
