Bug Description
With the migration to config stacks, we seem to have lost the default of 'gpg_signing_key'.
It now defaults to None rather than the email address from the users' identity.

A workaround is to set the gpg_signing_key manually ("gpg_signing_key = 1EEF5276") or merge the attached branch.
