XML Parse Error on Sending Email. 1.5.0.10

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

Well I am using 1.5.0.10 and a UI bug appears when you send mail, it states:

XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location: chrome://messenger/content/messengercompose/sendProgress.xul
Line Number 44, Column 86:<!DOCTYPE dialog SYSTEM "chrome://messenger/locale/messengercompose/sendProgress.dtd">

I know this is a upstream issue, but should be fixed in time for Feisty.

Steps:
1. Hit Write new Mail.
2. Compose Email.
3. Hit Send.
4. Error appears in Window. But email is still sent.
