Bug Description

Binary package hint: kmousetool

Hello,

I am trying kmousetool 4:3.5.6-ubuntu1 on Ubuntu Feisty (not Kubuntu, but this should make no difference here).

If I understand correctly how it works, when strokes are enabled, the user has to stop the mouse before starting a stroke gesture. Consequently, it is impossible to do a right-click on a link in the browser, because by stopping on the link, a left click is done before the user can do the right click, which triggers the loading of the page indicated by the link.

As it is also possible to define left clicks through strokes, it might be a good idea to add the option of disabling the automatic left click when strokes are enabled.

This way, if the user wants it, he can do the various clicks only by strokes, which would enable him to do right clicks that are not preceded by a left click.

Have a nice day.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 alpha?
