I would just like to add that with all the latest Feisty updates that I have been able to successfully resume from suspending to RAM, but I am still receiving notice of a crash of vbetool. Please let me know if you'd like more information and thanks for all your hard work!

It appears that HAL may be responsible in addition or instead of vbetool.

I wanted to update and say that I have been able to successfully resume from suspend with the latest NVidia drivers from NVidia. (version 100.*) X does freeze if I have Beryl or Compiz Fusion running when I suspend, but ctrl+alt+bkspc allows me to login again with full functionality. It may be vbetool related.

I received this message after resuming from a "suspend". The system works fine besides the error reported.
