Origen: Software reboot is not reliable with 3.2 based kernel

Using image from the 11.12 release (http://releases.linaro.org/11.12/ubuntu/leb-origen/), the software reboot is not reliable, failing quite frequently while booting the kernel.

I usually reboot and get stuck at:
