Printing problem with feisty (cups/hp1100)

Bug Description
I wouldn't be surprised it there was another bug report bug about this, but I wasn't able to find one so here it is...
I have a parallel install of Edgy on a different partition and printing works perfectly there.
When I want to print form, say, OpenOffice in Feisty my printer spits out 2 pages of gibberish first and then prints the page which seems cut off from the top. I am using the same printer and the same printer driver as in Edgy so I am fairly confident that this is something to do with feisty and/or cups. My printer is HP1100.
Overall, however, I do find feisty to be a very significant improvement over edgy so you guys are certainly doing a wonderful job. I hope this bug report is helpful somehow.
