some creating records buttons are missing in some dashboard : add a Create button on

Sales/CRM dashboard : (module sale_crm)
- My Opportunities
- My quotations

Project Dashboard :
- My Issues

Human resources :
- My expenses

Purchase :
- Request for quotation

Hello,

creatable="true" allow to create a entries on dashboard, If we have add this attribute on action it will show the add button on dashboard at web-client.

So this fix is correct and we need to improve this. Currently I am assigning this to Addons1 team (because more module concern with this team) as a generalize way.
