(Aaron tried the link and did not get an oops - that suggests it is either marginal, or related to group membership).

SQL time: 5728 ms
Non-sql time: 3497 ms
Total time: 9225 ms
Statement Count: 881

I see a lot of waste in getDirectAndDuplicateSubscriptions - its loading tasks via duplicate bugs and triggering substantial late evaluation.

At least 400 of the repeated queries are coming via that method, and ~ or more than 4 seconds worth.

If this is new, I would look and see if bug subscriptions got tweaked recently - this could be fallout.

I also get timeouts and oopses when trying to view a certain bug: bug #935937. Here is an example:
OOPS-f2aeb1d8a47f140dba1c18827de973c9

Bug #937800 has 6 more timeout oopses.
