Bug Description

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

From the Attached Crash Report:
Distro Release: Ubuntu 6.10
System Arch: GNU/Linux
Package (version): mozilla-thunderbird (1.5.0.10-0ubuntu0.6.10)
Source Package: mozilla-thunderbird

Original Description:

Thunderbird crashes while connecting to server
This has been reported before, and someone asked for the crash file. I'll provide that if I can figure out how to attach it. That should contain all the details you need.

For about a week now TB gets to the point where it says it's connecting, then it's just gone. This is the first time a problem report dialog popped up so I'm trying to report.

Hi, your original report was against the edgy distribution. I was wondering if you are still experiencing this issue. edgy support is being end-of-lifed.
