Bug Description
The memory breakpoints seem to be applicable only on global simple (non-structures, ...) variables. Maybe, this is not a bug, but it is worth of investigation.
The worst thing is that there seem to be no way how to setup a memory breakpoint to a specific address. (GDB can do that.) At least the user manual should be updated to show how to do it.
