Bug Description
Install voucher, set the admin to accounting manager, use extended view.
Go to Accounting -> Customers -> Sales receipt . Create one, choose a client and add some line Validate. Pay. When you arrive on the new view there are exceptions in the console:
view_form.
view_list.
This bug seems quite old, it produced in revision 1800.

not fixed
it must work as the payment of an invoice. Applied the onchange only when the user has choose a payment method.
(for now and it is wrong, the payment méthod is predefined)
