Site admins should be able to specify that a campaign does not expire

Bug Description

Currently campaigns have a fixed number of instances. When all of the trial instances are consumed the campaign shuts down.

Site administrators should be able to specify that a campaign does not have a fixed number of instances, and thus do not expire. This removes an administrative burden for the site operators.

An alternative approach would be to send out a warning when the number of trial instances gets low. The approach requires up-front work by the business owners to decide the lifetime of a particular campaign, but has the advantage that a business lifecycle decision is enforced by the system itself (things don't just run forever in a back room).

Given the website volume and operating cost, it appears that forcing a business decision would be the better approach. I am marking this bug as invalid, and have filed bug 915464 about warning the operators when trial instances are running low.
