Bug Description

1. dig . DNSKEY | grep -Ev '^($|;)' > root.keys

then either of the following
# dig +trace +sigchase +trusted-key=./root.keys -t mx media.bhatia.eu
# dig +trace +sigchase +trusted-key=./root.keys -t mx bhatia.eu

this works perfectly:
# dig +trace +sigchase +trusted-key=./root.keys bhatia.eu

it is entirely possible that my bhatia.eu domain is mis-configured. (i'm currently testing dnssec).
but dig shouldn't crash in such a case :)

btw. this also happens on debian squeeze with dnsutils 1:9.7.3.dfsg-1~squeeze4.

cheers,
raoul

hi!

i tried to report the problem using the "report bug" app that pops up after the error but after clicking send there is no additional output / bug report to fill out.

I'm seeing this error on dnsutils 1:9.8.1.dfsg.P1-4ubuntu0.1 (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS AMD64) as well as on 1:9.7.3.dfsg-1~squeeze5 (Debian Squeeze i386).

Cheers,
Raoul
