Tests in MiddlewareTestCase not being executed

keystone.test.functional.common.MiddlewareTestCase contains tests that are not being executed by ./run_tests.sh.

This class describes itself as a base class, which would be appropriate for the 'common' module, it also contains actual test_* methods. The tests should be moved into the appropriate module/class, or into a new one if one does not already exist.
