Thank you for your bug. How do you try to add it back to the toolbar? Do you right click on the bar and use the customize dialog? What happens when you try to add the icon?

I right click on the bar and click on 'customize toolbars'. When I click on an icon, nothing happens. To re-add the icon I deleted, I just simply deleted my ~/gnome/epiphany folder.

You have to drag the icons around on the toolbar or drag them from the Toolbar Editor dialogue to the toolbar.
