Bug Description

Binary package hint: debian-installer

Using the 2007-03-13 daily build of Feisty the Feisty Fawn alternate-i386 CD I ran into the following situation. After exiting rescue mode and trying use the down arrow key to choose reboot I received a screen filled with: "_pSLsys_getkey: EIO error".

Steps to reproduce:

1) Boot rescue CD
2) Chroot via menu system into system to be rescued
3) Type exit
4) Observe menu with option to reboot
5) Press down arrow key
6) Receive "_pSLsys_getkey: EIO error" all over the screen

I was able to work around this by pressing Alt+F2 and rebooting from there. dmesg and syslog did not have anything informative from what I could tell.
