After the installation, U1 is not focused

Bug Description
On windows 7, I open internet explorer to download the installer, choose to save it, and when it's completed, choose to run it.
The installer runs and finishes. After that, Internet explorer is still focused. The wizard is open but minimized.
Focus should be on the wizard after opening it.
I'm using the 2.99.3 installer provided by Gatox today.

I have also seen this, on an inconsistent basis. I use Chrome on the test system in question.
