FF 9.0.1 Ubuntu 11.04 hover on all actions with drop downs puts drop down in upper left

Bug Description
When using FF 9.0.1 on Ubuntu 11.04 all of the drop downs (or pop ups) in the actions column display in the upper left of the browser window. See attached screenshot. Other browsers (chrome, empathy) work fine in ubuntu 11.04, just ff.
