Bug Description

Dunno if this is related to bug 921231.

My intent is to open the firefox menus, but when I press the alt key it opens tomboy menus.

See screenshot.

Seems it shows the tomboy icon, but as soon as I start typing the firefox icon appears and I can search the firefox menus. It's somewhat offputting to see the 'wrong' icon when I hit alt though.

just to double check: firefox is the focused application?

Yes.

I think it seems to just be remembering the last icon used. See attachment.

At the start of the video I had previously used tomboy from hud.

I then invoke hud and despite having firefox on top, it shows the tomboy icon.
I type 'shu' which changes icon to the system menu icon and then press escape to close hud.
I open hud again and still with firefox on top I have system menu icon
I type 'down' to try and find the firefox item 'tools -> downloads' (which fails and is another bug 921213), and then press escape to close hud.
I open hud again with firefox on top and system settings icon is shown, and then type 'new note' to get to tomboy functionality and then again press escape to close hud.
Finally I open hud and the tomboy icon is default.
