python-scipy install fails due to error in montecarlo.py

Binary package hint: python-scipy

When trying to install python-scipy the below error results. The error can be fixed by manually editing
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/scipy/sandbox/montecarlo/montecarlo.py so that the import statements appear before the rest of the code.

$ sudo apt-get install python-scipy
