export all data - Fields with an acute are not exportable

Bug Description
using 6.1 rc1
Salles -> Sales Orders -> Export data.
The bug concerns the fields with an acute (ex: langage france")
If you select "import compatible export", it's good
if you select "export all data", the csv files is not created.

Ah yes, we'd forgotten to encode field names explicitly before serializing to the CSV file, this should be fixed in trunk as of revision <email address hidden>
