Bug Description

linux-image-3.1.1-8-linaro-lt-omap (3.1.1-8.8~lt~ci~20120118001257+025756) seems to crash with an invalid paging request once every few days. This seems to happen regardless of system load. Judging from the backtrace, it seems that this might be due to CPU frequency scaling.

I have a panda running with linux-image-3.1.1-29-linaro-lt-omap for a few days already without generating such issue. Can you test it again with the latest kernel?

Also, which Panda version/revision do you have? Dmesg should give you that info while booting the board.

We had a similar 4460-specific issue that was solved with this patch, however it would crash quite quickly without it

Since this is in tilt-3.1 I guess it's also in this Ubuntu kernel.
