Bug Description

Binary package hint: xorg

Following error/warning message is reported after succesful dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg if /etc/X11/xorg.conf was previously missing: 'md5sum: /etc/X11/xorg.conf: No such file or directory'.

Does this still occur with Gutsy?

yes, still happens with gutsy (xserver-xorg is 1:7.2-5ubuntu10).

Steps to reproduce:
1. sudo rm /etc/X11/xorg.conf
2. sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg

Produced by the postinst, it is totally harmless and can be ignored.
