project_issue: can't open issue list

That's probably because the Issues search view has a default filter on issues assigned to the current user, but issues are created unassigned by default. If you click the "clear" button or remove the value in the "assigned to" search field, you should be able to see your newly created issue.

Technically, if you're using the command-line interface to bazaar, you don't need to: just use the revisionid instead of the revision and you'll be fine.

If it's to see revisions on launchpad, I don't think there's any way to reverse match from revids to revnos (short of a linear walk of the revision graph that is).

Mmmm let me amend that for launchpad: it's undocumented, but apparently you cal *also* just replace a revision number by a revid in the history browser:
