- Create new db and install project_issue
- Click on 'Issues'
Get grey page.
Moreover, if you create a new issue, you can't even find it in the list view.

Should be fixed in trunk as of revision <email address hidden>

That's probably because the Issues search view has a default filter on issues assigned to the current user, but issues are created unassigned by default. If you click the "clear" button or remove the value in the "assigned to" search field, you should be able to see your newly created issue.
