Bug Description
On PO confirmation, when I click on the tip which indicates the incoming shipment is available, the web client opens the view of Internal Picking instead of the Incoming Shipment.

res.log tips should now correctly evaluate the log's context and make use of it (for view_id, when relevant). This should fix the issue.
